LNR//TERMS YOUR KEYS / YOUR FUNDS / YOUR CALL

Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE 5 AUGUST 2026  //  LUNAR WALLET v0.3.0

These terms govern your use of the Lunar Wallet software — the browser extension and the mobile app. By installing or using Lunar you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Lunar.

What Lunar is (and isn't)

Your responsibilities

Fees

Lunar charges a 0.1% fee on swaps, already included in every quote the app shows you before you confirm. Sends and receives carry no Lunar fee. Network ("gas") fees are set by and paid to the blockchain networks, not to us. Third-party services you choose to use (for example a fiat on-ramp) charge their own fees under their own terms.

Third-party services

Lunar connects you to things we don't control: blockchain networks, RPC and data providers, decentralized exchanges and aggregators, websites and dApps you open, and — where available — the MoonPay fiat on-ramp. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their availability, their conduct, or the tokens and smart contracts you interact with through them. A dApp shown in Lunar's browser is not an endorsement.

No financial advice

Prices, charts, profit-and-loss figures, and token metadata shown in Lunar are informational only. Nothing in the app is investment, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research.

Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrencies are volatile and experimental. Smart contracts can contain defects, tokens can lose all value, networks can congest or fork, and interacting with a malicious contract can drain a wallet. Lunar's risk engine explains transactions in plain language, but it cannot catch everything and is not a guarantee. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

You alone decide what to sign. A transaction you approve is your transaction.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Lunar is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunar and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, keys, data, or profits, arising from your use of the software, third-party services, or the blockchain networks themselves.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above. Continuing to use Lunar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
